Sambar Powder

Sambar Powder:



Ingredients:
1 cup dhania(coriander seeds)
10 dry red chillies
1/4 cup channa dhal
1/4 cup urad dhal
1 tsp fenu greek seeds

4 tsp coconut(optional)

Method of preparation:

Roast the below ingredients separately until they give the nice aroma.
Grind them one by one and atlast nicely mix them well.
Repalce the grinded powder in the air tight container and  keep it in the freezer.
If you are going to use that for long term dont add Coconut.
