Ingredients:
Cooked Rice - 1 cup
Sesame Oil - 1/3 cup
Red Chilly - 3-4 cut in small pieces
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Hing - 10 g

Few Curry leaves
Fried Peanuts nuts - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp
Thick Tamarind extract -1 cup
Salt to tasteTo Grind:
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
Toor dal - 1 tsp
Methi Seed-1/4 tsp
Fry the grinding ingredients with a tsp of oil and grind them in mixie.
Heat the oil in a Pan and heat the oil,add mustard seeds and urad dal, wait til splutter.
Then add the curry leaves,red chillies,turmeric Powder and hing,fry them.
Add the turmeric Extract and then the g rinded Powder.
Add the Fried Peanuts and let it cook,till thick consistence and also the oil squeeze at the top.
Remove the Pulikachal from stove.
This is the Pulikachal Paste,lets Prepare Puliyogare/Puliyodarai.

Cook the rice in a pressure cooker.
