oil 1 tsp
green bell pepper 1/2 chopped
coconut milk rice 1 cup
Method of preparation:
Prepare the coconut milk rice and keep aside.
Cut the mushroom into medium size pieces.
Mean while heat oil in a pan add the cloves,cinnamon stick,cardamon ,fry it
Add the chopped onion saute it.
Add green bell pepper,mushroom and salt into it.
Once all the veggies are well cooked add the rice and serve it with sauce and cucumber.
