Milagai Bajji

Millagai Bajji:



Ingredients:
Bajji Millagai 5 to 6
Gram dhal flour 1 cup
Sombu powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Method of Preparation:
Need to prepare the paste for the bajji,for that put gram dhal flour in a bowl.
Add sombupowder, salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder into the bowl and mix it with water .

Make it as a semi thick paste.
Wash the Bajji Millagai and dip it in the paste and drop carefully into the oil and fry it both the sides.
Now the Millagai Bajji is ready .We can serve it with coconut chuteney.
