No special occation today,just i prepare this cake.My friend she prepared chocolate cake and she used this kind of icing on the top.Just i want to try that in my butter cake.I hope it comes well.She need to tell that…..
Custar sugar 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence 1tsp
Self Raising Flour 2 cups
Milk 1/2 cup
Chocolate 1 bar
Whipped cream 100g
Icing sugar 50g
Method of Preparation:
Beat the Margarine with Custar sugar until it become light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one by one beat them.
Add Vanilla Essence and Milk again beat them.
Add Self Raising Flour continue beating until it become light and fluffy.
Once it become light transfer it into a Greesed tray and keep it in the oven for 40mins at 160 degree c.
Cool it completely before icing.
Beat the whipped cream with icing sugar until it become thick and fluffy.
Spread it over the cake.
Using the vegetable grater ,grate the chocolate bar over the cream and you can decorate it with cherries on the top.
